- Career guidance
Career coaches help position your resume and LinkedIn for your target roles, and run interview practice sessions.
This sprint lays the foundation. You learn how large language models produce an answer, how models differ and how to pick one for a task, and what turns a model into an agent: tools, skills, connectors, MCP, subagents. You learn where models get it wrong or biased and which data must never be uploaded.
By the end you can choose a model and a toolset for a task and name the data that stays out of it.
Tools- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Azure AI Foundry
- Copilot Studio
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
Where AI gives an effect in a business process and where it does not. You collect candidate processes, interview the process owner, map the process as is, fix the baseline before any change (time, money, errors), compare the options (drop the work, simplify it, plain automation, AI, buy ready-made) and rank them by effect, difficulty and risk.
By the end you have a first business case for the process you chose.
Tools- Excel
- Microsoft Forms
- Visio
- Microsoft Whiteboard
You turn a work task into a brief for AI: what is needed, for whom, in what format, how to tell the result is good. You choose the context, documents, data and examples, and what to keep out. You get structured output, build a knowledge base without code, brief an agent (goal, steps, tools, where it stops and asks a person) and rework the brief until the result is stable across different inputs.
By the end you have a first version of an assistant for your process and a set of test inputs.
Tools- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- SharePoint
- Copilot Studio
You break the process into steps and decide what AI does, what a plain rule does and what a person does. You build an automation with an AI step: trigger, steps, conditions, a human check. You build an agent with tools and set what it may do, what data it sees and where it hands the work back to a person. You learn when robotic process automation is the right answer and when integration is, and how to debug from run logs.
By the end you have a prototype of your solution.
Tools- Power Automate
- Copilot Studio
How systems talk to each other: API requests and keys, webhooks and HTTP steps, custom connectors, and MCP to connect an agent to a working system. Where code is unavoidable, you write a simple script with an AI assistant.
You finish with an action plan for your solution.
Tools- Power Automate
- Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Foundry
You build a test set from real cases: ordinary, edge and critical, with reference answers. You set quality criteria and the price of an error, find the typical failures (invented facts, wrong calculations, an agent doing too much), use a model as a judge where it helps and a person where it must, compare versions so that a fix does not break what worked, and set up guardrails, acceptance testing and monitoring after launch.
By the end you have an evaluation report with a version comparison and one failure analyzed in full.
Tools- Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Foundry
- Excel
The risks of your use case: data, compliance, model errors, reputation. Which data may go into which tool, who needs which access, and how to check it in practice. Rules built into the solution itself: limits for the agent, a human check, an action log. What regulation requires (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF). The full cost of the solution: licenses, model calls, people’s time on checking, support. Build or buy, and how to assess a vendor. The business case and the plan to measure the effect after launch.
By the end you can defend an action plan: rules, risks, total cost, go or no-go.
Tools- Excel
- Copilot Studio
- Power Automate
You plan the pilot and the rollout to teams: dates, owners, scope. You train people by role, write the playbooks and guides so teams work with AI without you, lead the change (why, communication, resistance), build a network of AI champions, and track whether the solution is used, collecting feedback and reworking both the solution and the training.
Tools- Teams
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Forms
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- the ADKAR change model
You map who has to sign off: security, legal, compliance, IT, procurement, leadership. You take the solution through the security and IT architecture review (what data, stored where, who has access), agree it with legal and compliance, take the vendor choice through procurement, settle who owns the process, the data and the solution, and get a sponsor, a budget and a committee decision.
Tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- SIG Lite and CAIQ questionnaire templates
- a DPA template
You run a diagnostic across departments, keep the register of AI opportunities and prioritize it by effect, feasibility and risk, set effect and usage metrics before launch, write the rules for working with AI for teams and the approval path for new tools and use cases, cover what your industry requires and responsible AI (bias, transparency), and assemble the portfolio picture for leadership.

Frequently asked questions
What does an AI Transformation Manager do?
An AI transformation manager leads AI adoption inside a company. They find where AI pays off, run the pilot, get teams to use the solution, and take it through security, legal, IT, and procurement. Then they report the effect to leadership in hours, money, and errors saved. Job postings also list this role as AI implementation manager or AI project manager.
How do I become an AI transformation manager or AI project manager?
Start from the experience you already have. AI transformation manager and AI project manager postings ask for years of experience running projects, coordinating departments, and knowing your industry. Now, they also ask for AI skills: finding use cases, building no-code agents, running pilots, and measuring ROI. The AI Transformation Management program helps you add those AI skills in 4–5 months, part-time. You’ll build four projects and finish with a final project review you can show employers.
Who is this program for?
It’s for office professionals with 2+ years in one business function: operations, project management, HR, customer service, training, or sales operations. If AI tools are already changing how your team works and you’d rather lead that change than double-check its output, this program fits.
Is this program new?
Yes. AI Transformation Management is a new TripleTen program launched in October 2026.
I’m not technical. Can I still lead AI transformation?
Yes. You’ll build automations and AI agents in no-code tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate. When a step needs code, you’ll write a simple script with an AI assistant.
Do I have to start my career over?
No. The program builds on your current experience, and you’ll add AI skills on top of it. Before you start, you’ll get a target list of 10–15 real job openings that you’ll work towards.
Am I too old to move into AI?
No. In these roles, experience matters more than age. Job postings ask for skills like coordinating across departments, running projects, and knowing how an industry works, and those come with years at work. The program is built for experienced professionals, so a long career works in your favor.
Is a certificate enough without a degree?
A certificate won’t replace a degree where a posting requires one. What it adds is proof you can apply AI to your work: four projects with before-and-after numbers, a final project review by a manager who hires for similar roles, and a certificate listing the role requirements you closed.
Can I use this to move to the higher-level AI role at my current company?
Yes. After the program, you’ll have AI skills and four projects that demonstrate how you applied them to a work process, each with a before-and-after number. That’s the evidence you need to make a strong case for a bigger role, at your current company or elsewhere.
How will my current experience count?
In Week 0, you’ll take an assessment that compares your skills to current AI Transformation Manager job postings. You’ll see which requirements your experience already covers, what the program adds, and what’s left to close. You’ll also choose the department you’ll focus on, like operations, support, sales, marketing, or finance, so your projects run on a process you know.
Do I actually have time for this with a full-time job?
Yes. The program runs online and part-time, and takes 4–5 months assuming you study 10–12 hours a week. If work gets busy, you can pause once for up to 4 weeks.
What AI projects will I complete?
You’ll work as an AI Transformation Manager in a virtual company built on simulated business cases, with 18 months of operational data. You’ll find where your team loses time, build a first AI agent and test it on 200 past records, run a 4-week pilot with sign-off from security, legal, and IT, then roll AI out to a second team.
Which AI tools will I use?
You’ll work mostly in the Microsoft stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI, plus ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Lessons aren’t tied to one tool, so you can pick another one for your project if you can explain why it fits.
How is AI Transformation Management different from AI Agents & Automation?
AI Transformation Management teaches you to carry an AI solution through a company so people use it: pilots, training, approvals, and a plan of AI projects for leadership. AI Agents & Automation teaches you to build automations in code and keep them running. If you lead projects and people, choose Transformation Management. If you own systems and processes, choose Agents & Automation.
What happens at the final project review?
You’ll present your four projects as one live business case: a plan for the company’s AI transformation. The 30-minute online presentation includes your demo, followed by 15 minutes of simulated questions from security, the CFO, and a team lead. A practitioner and a manager who hires for similar roles sit on the panel. You’ll earn a certificate listing the role requirements you now own.
What career support will I get?
After the final project review, you’ll get a résumé built from your four projects with numbers, applications to specific openings through our platform, AI mock interview practice for each opening, a live mock interview with a coach before a real interview, and offer negotiation prep. Career support lasts up to 6 months after graduation.
How much does the AI Transformation Management program cost?
Tuition is $9,900 upfront, in one payment or 2 or 4 payments. A monthly plan costs $15,000 total: 12 months with $500 down and $1,208 a month, or 18 months with $750 down and $792 a month. Loans through Climb, Edly, or Fortify start with $0 down. You can also ask your employer for tuition reimbursement.
Will AI replace project managers?
AI tools can now draft status reports and meeting notes for many teams, but they can’t effectively decide which process to change, get security and legal to sign off, or get people to use a new tool. You have the necessary human judgment. The AI Transformation Management program trains you on planning the AI rollout, running the pilot, and measuring its effect in hours, money, and errors saved.
