The software surfaces data-driven recommendations to help business owners engage customers across email, social media, landing pages, and advertising. MailChimp recently launched a suite of generative AI tools to help customers create more personalized, revenue-driven content. 

What they stand out for: The company was founded in Atlanta in 2001 as an alternative to the expensive legacy email software of the time and to help small businesses access the same digital marketing tools as large enterprises.
