TripleTen Bootcamp Programs

What is TripleTen?

TripleTen offers AI-ready tech career programs that help people from all backgrounds break into the tech industry. Our programs stand out for their AI-focused curriculum, hands-on practice, flexible learning format, and dedicated career coaches who guide you through the job search. You won't just learn up-to-date skills — you'll learn how the work is actually done, so you can step into your first tech role with confidence.

How does TripleTen work?

TripleTen tech programs are fully online and remote. There are no mandatory meeting times — only project deadlines to help you stay on track. You learn through TripleTen’s online learning platform, and skill practice happens either directly on the platform or in industry-standard tools, depending on the program.

Most lessons and practice happen right in your browser on our learning platform. Concepts, theory, and hands-on exercises live in one place, which helps you stay focused and pick up new skills more easily. If you’ve ever had to jump between a code editor, a PDF, and a lecture video just to finish one task, you know how distracting that can be.

Some practice tasks and projects do use external tools like GitHub and Figma. That’s intentional — it gives you early experience with industry-standard tools. And if you run into any issues along the way, our support team is available 24/7 to help.

What programs does TripleTen offer?

We currently offer 7 tech programs:

  • AI & Machine Learning – focused on data science, machine learning, and AI systems by building and deploying predictive models using Python, deep learning frameworks, and real-world datasets. You'll learn how AI systems are designed, trained, and evaluated, with a strong emphasis on practical application across industries like finance, healthcare, and tech.
  • AI Software Engineering – focused on full-stack software development with AI integration at its core. You'll learn to build, test, and deploy modern applications while leveraging AI tools and APIs to accelerate development and solve complex engineering problems.
  • Cybersecurity – focused on protecting systems, networks, and data from digital threats. You'll develop hands-on skills in threat detection, vulnerability assessment, ethical hacking, and incident response — preparing you for roles in one of the fastest-growing sectors in tech.
  • UX/UI Design – focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital product designs. You'll learn the full design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing, using industry-standard tools like Figma.
  • Quality Assurance – focused on ensuring software works the way it's supposed to. You'll learn both manual and automated testing techniques, write test cases, identify bugs, and work within real development workflows — skills that are in demand across every software team.
  • Data Analytics – focused on turning raw business data into actionable insights. You'll work with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau to clean, analyze, and visualize data, and graduate with a portfolio of real projects that demonstrate end-to-end analytical thinking.
  • AI Automation – focused on using AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline business processes. You'll learn how to identify automation opportunities, build intelligent pipelines, and deploy solutions that reduce manual work and drive efficiency across teams and organizations.

Do I need any prior experience or tech background to join TripleTen?

No prior experience is needed. Our programs are designed to be beginner-friendly, and 80% of our students come from non-STEM backgrounds — so you don't need any coding experience or a tech background to get started.

Do I need a STEM degree before enrolling in a bootcamp program?

No, you don't need a STEM degree to enroll. In fact, 61% of TripleTen graduates don't have a bachelor's degree at all — so no matter your educational background, you can still successfully transition into tech.

How hard are the TripleTen programs?

TripleTen programs aren't hard, but they do require your consistent time commitment. The curriculum starts with basic concepts and gradually introduces more advanced topics. As a result, even students without a prior technical background can quickly build the skills needed to land a tech job.

To get a sense of how hard the TripleTen program is, here is a breakdown of how your learning process will look:

  • Time commitment: Expect to dedicate 15-20 hours weekly for the part-time programs and up to 40 hours for full-time programs (available for AI Software Engineering and Cybersecurity).
  • Structure & pacing: The program uses a "sprint" format with deadlines every two to three weeks, meaning you must complete projects on time to advance.
  • Support system: Robust support, including group office hours with instructors, 1:1 sessions upon request, career coaching, live workshops and Q&As, plus opportunities to join hackathons and externships — real projects with real companies — while you’re still studying.
  • Difficulty level: The curriculum is designed specifically for people without prior tech experience, so the difficulty level is deliberately approachable.
  • Flexibility: The program offers extensions if you fall behind, allowing flexibility for working professionals

Does TripleTen have an admission process?

There's no admission process or prerequisites to join TripleTen programs. All you really need is motivation, persistence, and the ability to commit about 20 hours per week.

Before enrolling, we ask everyone to have a call with an advisor. It’s a chance to walk through the profession and the program structure, and to make sure you have all the information you need before deciding. How do I know which profession is right for me?

  • AI Software Engineering — 4 polished web and application development projects for your portfolio
  • Quality Assurance — 5 real-world projects testing websites, apps, and APIs
  • Data Analytics — 8 real-life projects using business datasets
  • Cybersecurity — 14 real-world network security projects

And for even more practice, join TripleTen’s Code Jams: hackathon-style team contests with unique challenges and portfolio-worthy projects.

What learning support do you offer during the program?

Throughout the program, you'll have access to a full support team — including instructors, learning coaches, career coaches, and a tech support team. You're never on your own;

TripleTen has an active online learning community to keep you connected every step of the way. Learn more about each role, how they support you, and when they're available on the Team page.

How is the curriculum designed and updated?

Our curriculum is continuously updated to meet employer needs and reflect insights from industry professionals. Lessons are broken into small, manageable pieces and paired with hands-on practice, so you’re always reinforcing what you learn and turning concepts into skills.

We consistently expand the curriculum with AI-focused skills and real-world context. Students practice using AI tools in realistic coding and data workflows, learn how to create and evaluate AI-generated outputs, and explore AI ethics — so they understand not just what AI can do, but how to use it responsibly in their future roles.

When do I have live classes?

While there are no “class hours”, instructors host regular workshops and live group office hours, which closely reflect how teams collaborate in real tech roles. Most learning and growth happens through working together, sharing experience, and learning from one another — not in isolation.

If you get stuck, you can always ask for quick help in our student community or chat with your AI assistant, Dot. Many students prefer group office hours because they can get their questions answered while also learning from the group. On this page, you can learn more about each support role, how they help you, and when they’re available.

Are there 1:1 meetings with instructors?

Yes — you can request a 1:1 mentoring session with an instructor. Instructors are also active online, where they answer questions and host daily group office hours for quick, real-time help. On this page, you can learn more about each support role, how they help you, and when they’re available.

What is a project review?

Project reviews are how we track your progress throughout the program. You submit a project every two weeks (at the end of each sprint), and industry professionals review your work to help you improve. Instead of a simple pass/fail grade, you’ll get detailed, actionable feedback — similar to how work is reviewed in real tech teams before anything goes live. Once your project meets industry standards, you move on to the next one. You can expect feedback within 24 hours of submitting your project.

Will I gain real work experience (internships/externships)?

Yes — you can join a team working on an externship project for one of TripleTen’s partner companies. These projects give you relevant, real-world experience you can showcase on your portfolio and LinkedIn profile.

Externships also let you receive feedback and even references that can help you stand out to future employers. In many cases, these partnerships allow students to contribute to meaningful, real-world initiatives as well. You can learn more on the TripleTen Externships page.

What happens if I fall behind?

If you’re worried about meeting a deadline, you can always reach out to ask for an extension or extra support from our learning coaches and instructors. We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and we’re here to help you work through it.

What equipment will I need to start my program?

You just need a stable internet connection and a computer.
